ridiculous

I am now officially over Grey's Anatomy. What the fuck were they thinking by firing Issiah Washington. I know he said some bad stuff and all but give the guy a break - he was one of the only actual characters I could stand. I highly doubt that he is the first actor/professional in Hollywood to speak in a derogative tone about other cast mates. I could make fun of 90% of those actors, they are lucky it only happened to one of them. (Exempt from my mocking would be McSteamy, the little resident whom I always forget & Callie). Idiots.

I don't disagree that if he was fired for saying one derogatory thing that that is ridiculous. If they were going to fire him for calling TR a faggot then they should have fired him then and there, not 6 months later. That being, said, that is not the only wrong thing he did on set, he started other physical fights as well - if you started a physical fight at work, you'd surely get fired.
And to make matters worse, his people are going around saying, if the studio was going to fire him anyway, why'd they make him "jump through all those hoops" after calling TR a faggot? I'm sorry, but the fact that his people are clearly saying that he completed the hoop jumping (which was: attending anger/sensitivity management and making PSA's for gays & lesbians, etc.) was just so he wouldn't get fired, not because he was actually SORRY for calling someone a faggot, just shows that he's an asshole.
