
One of the biggest readjustments/difficulties to having a baby is trying to figure out how to get your life back. How to organize your day to include things that need to be done and things that are just for you. Also your biggest task to look after the new wee one. It is a very fine balance. Just when I think I have achieved it I look in my email inbox and see about 10 emails that need responding to. Add trying to live "healthy" again, and fix your diet. It's a recipe for a total emotional blow out.

Or emotional challenge! And a semi-successfully completed emotional challenge (let alone a fully realized one) is so much to be proud of...no blowouts Sar, no blowouts.
